Business Analyst (Strategist)
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Delivery/Implementation Specialist. As a crucial member of our customer success team, you will play a key role in onboarding and supporting our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include modeling customer data, building insightful visualizations, and assisting in the setup and configuration of their environment on our platform. If you are passionate about working closely with customers, possess strong analytical capabilities, and have expertise in SQL
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to deeply understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Effectively translate customer needs and feedback into clear and actionable product requirements.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure the alignment of customer requirements with platform capabilities.
- Act as a bridge between customers and the product development team, ensuring a seamless communication channel.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform by providing valuable insights gathered from customer interactions.
- Model customer data to ensure accurate representation within our platform.
- Build and customize visualizations to provide actionable insights for clients.
- Guide and assist customers in setting up and configuring their environment on our platform.
- Conduct training sessions to empower users with the knowledge to optimize their revenue strategies.
- Work closely with the development team to provide feedback on platform improvements and enhancements based on customer needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to revenue optimization.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Proficiency in SQL for data modeling and analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Experience working with customers in a B2B company
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- Familiarity with revenue tools and platforms is an advantage.
- Demonstrated strong desire to learn, develop, and grow within the role.
- Ability to thoroughly understand our Revenue Observability Platform and translate customer needs into product requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems).
- Experience with visualization tools (looker, tableau, etc.)
- Familiarity with CRM/Billing systems
- Prior experience as a sales/marketing/revenue operations
