Location: NY (remote, with willingness to travel)

As our first Sales hiring, you will be pivotal in driving new revenue growth for our Enterprise customer base. You will lead the entire Enterprise sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and ensuring a smooth post-sales handoff. Highly motivated and creative sales professional with 3-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and Close Deals: Proactively generate and close new business opportunities, leveraging your creativity and deep understanding of our product.
  • Lead Outreach: Be comfortable with cold calling and engaging with leads, building relationships from the first contact.
  • Content Creation: Develop compelling content that effectively communicates our value proposition and resonates with target audiences.
  • Narrative Building: Craft and deliver a compelling narrative and pitch that connects with clients and clearly articulates the benefits of our platform.
  • Product Feedback Interpretation: Gather, interpret, and communicate product feedback to help refine and improve our offerings.
  • Travel: Be willing to travel to events, meet with prospects and represent Alta in key markets.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with the product and marketing teams to ensure alignment between product offerings and customer needs.

Requirement:

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience in BDR/SDR roles plus 2+ years as an Account Executive
  • Strong track record in both outbound and inbound sales
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and product-led growth strategies
  • Grit, curious, want to learn, hungry
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and techniques (like Sandler)
  • Ability to adapt to different customer segments and situations
